We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f) to be responsible for handling our company´s ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

We are looking for a Project Manager who will: 

• Be responsible for managing time, budget, and scope of one or several projects for different clients

• Develop a detailed project plan to manage resource allocation and project progress

• Manage and coordinate all project activities to make sure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedule

• Act as a central point of contact for clients, manage the relationship and satisfaction, provide added-value service and support 

• Submit project deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards

• Establish effective project communication and ensure its execution

• Facilitate change requests to ensure all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including detailed and accurate records of all decisions

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks 

• Make effective decisions during project execution

• Own and report on key project KPIs

• Identify and develop new opportunities with clients

• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

• Perform other related duties as assigned in the area of PMO

You are a great match if you:

• Are min. bachelor's degree in economics, computer science, or a similar field

• Have at least three years of experience managing projects within IT company

• Have understanding and experience with project management methodologies

• Have proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PM tools (JIRA, MS Project)

• Have excellent written and spoken English and Croatian

• Have strong communication skills and the ability to adjust communication styles according to others

• Have the ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion

• Are proactive, organized, disciplined, results-driven, and with a can-do attitude and flexibility

• Have a keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

• Are ready to take ownership and responsibility for the managing of the different projects

A big plus would be: 

• If you have experience in project management in the field of implementation of Data & Analytical solutions

• If you hold PMP, CPAM, PMI-ACP, or similar certification
